I am voluntarily participating in the Romp in the Swamp fishing tournament. I am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with participating in this event, which include, but not limited to: Physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence, conditions related to travel to and from the activity, or from conditions at the activity locations. The 2025 Romp in the Swamp Tournament Rules require all teams to retrieve their measuring device and lanyard/team card from the designated check-in location at Port of the Islands Resort and Marina, and to then LEAVE THE MARINA BY BOAT, transiting the Faka Union Canal and passing a committee boat which will record every team as it leaves to fish. *

I agree to leave Port of the Islands by boat via Faka Union Canal, and I understand that failure to do so will result in being disqualified
